I am passionate about ceramics and teaching.
I like sharing my passion for clay with young people and adults. I strongly believe in the healing and therapeutic power of clay. I am the clay modelling and pottery teacher at Michael Hall Steiner School in Forest Row. I teach an evening class at Hillside pottery school in Forest Row and I hold classes in my studio where I also develop my own designs and creations. I love seeing the smiles and the motivation when people leave the studio after a clay session. Clay makes people happier.

Group sessions
I run group sessions during the year. Normally a block of 5 lessons either in my studio or at Michael Hall Studio. Groups of 6 to 8 young people (10 - 18 years old). Each session 1.5 to 2 hours. It varies depending on the specific block. Materials included (up to 2 Kg in weight) 1.5 hour block of 5 sessions: £130
2 hour block of 5 sessions: £170

One to one sessions and private groups
I also run private sessions in my studio in Forest Row. These sessions are great if you want to try clay for a first time or if you already have and like to improve your skills. They also work for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. Two hour lesson for one person is £95 including 2-3 pots finished and fired. £160 for 2 people.
